Before we knew it, late February had arrived, and winter was coming to an end.

For photographers, winter is actually a great season for creation — the clean ice and snow, and the brooding wind and storms, each have their own character.

Today Thomas will share some winter photos from his personal collection — gathered from major photography competition sites, Instagram and photographers' homepages — roughly grouped into four moods: mysterious, dreamy, abstract and majestic. Hopefully they will inspire your winter shooting and post-processing.
